Meet the Wandering Wonder Monkey
I’ve never been much for sitting still. My daughter is The Grounded Dreamer, keeping the roots firm, while I’m the one swinging through the branches of "What If?"
I’m a searcher by nature and a maker by trade. Whether I’m scouting the Texas landscape for native shrubs or investigating the way light hits a baboon’s fur, I am always in pursuit of a secret rhythm.
My process is simple, but a little messy:
Wandering: I scout the trails, the gardens, and the digital horizons.
Wondering: I ask the deep questions—the "inquisitive" stuff that turns a plain view into a surreal dream.
Monkeying: I get my hands dirty. I use heavy palette knives, thick oil, and a bit of chaos to transform what I find into something you can hang on your wall.
I don’t just paint the world; I poke at it until it reveals its magic. Welcome to my jungle.
